Requirements:
The Counter Sales/Inside Sales position is the front line of customer service. Responsibility include: processing customer orders and related transactions, balancing cash drawer, and working directly with our outside sales team.

Language Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Communication will be with fellow GT employees, supplier personnel, and customer personnel.

Power Tool knowledge helpful.

COMPUTER SKILLS Inside Sales regularly use Microsoft Office products, GTs ERP system and GTs CRM system.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear and sit for long periods of time. Required to use hands and arms to feel, lift, grab, push, pull, and reach as well as bending, squatting, standing, walking and sitting, must also be able to lift 60 pounds.
